Who We Are

International Relief Foundation (IRF) is a Diaspora led non-profit organisation established in 2011.

IRF designed to benefit the marginalised and most vulnerable people in the UK and abroad by providing relief and assistance to people in need in any part of the world who are the victims of war, catastrophe, and the cycle of poverty.

IRF contributes to alleviating poverty and bringing to an end the suffering of the world’s most disadvantaged population. We empower people in poverty to live with dignity, self-reliance and hope.

We help the disadvantaged, and the most vulnerable people access essential services, including education, healthcare, as well as water and sanitation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop healthy and sustainable communities in the efforts of alleviating poverty and bringing to an end the suffering of the world’s most underprivileged population and promote sustainable social and economic development exploiting the collaboration of local communities while responding to disaster and emergencies as a relief Agency, regardless of their gender, race, religion, class or political affiliation.

Our Vision

It envisions a world in which every man, woman and child can enjoy an empowered life with security, dignity and equal opportunities, in which the basic requirements of all people are fulfilled.
