Ramadan 2024: Bringing Hope and Nourishment

During the blessed month of Ramadan, the International Relief Foundation (IRF) undertook a heartfelt mission to support families in Somalia affected by the ongoing drought and conflict. As part of the Ramadan Iftar Project, we distributed food packages to deprived and internally displaced families, ensuring they could partake in Ramadan’s spiritual and communal aspects.

Ramadan is a time for Muslims worldwide to retreat from their daily routines and focus on community, charity, fasting, and prayer. Each year, the IRF is committed to serving fasting Muslims in Somalia, recognizing the profound significance of this holy month.

This year, our efforts reached new heights by providing Iftar food packs to over 500 needy individuals. Among them were internally displaced persons (IDPs), women with children, older people, people with disabilities, and the most disadvantaged families in Brava, Somalia.

This impactful initiative was made possible through your unwavering generosity. We are deeply grateful for your support and delighted to witness the positive changes it brings. May Allah reward you abundantly in this world and the hereafter.

Thank you for your compassion and dedication. Together, we can continue to make a difference.
